Let's make Kuma pancakes!

Today we are making Kuma pancakes and this recipe is very easy and simple and it yields around 4 pancakes. After the pancakes have been done, we then decorate it to look like a Kuma (Japanese for bear).

Children love pancakes and having a Kuma pancake makes them even happier. So let’s have fun and make a cute Kuma pancake. I am sure you all can make a cuter, nicer decoration than I did =)

3 dl milk
1 egg
a little salt

Kuma(Bear) decoration ingredients
Banana
Grapes
Blueberry

Steps to make it
1. In a big bowl add the flour and half of the milk.
2. Mix the flour and milk with a mixer, mix until it is combined.
3. Add the rest of the milk, egg, and salt. Mix until it all is combined and then let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
4. Add some butter to a frying pan and add some of the mixtures to the frying pan.
5. Cook one side for around 2 minutes or till golden brown.
6. Flip the pancake and cook for around 1 minute or till golden brown.
7. Add one pancake to a plate and use sliced banana as for the Kuma’s ear and nose.
8. Use sliced grapes as eyes.
9. Use blueberry as eye pupils and one blueberry on top of the nose.
