Today’s fika will be a monster sandwich. This sandwich is tasty, fun and easy to make. Anyone can make it and it is appreciated by both adults and children.
Ingredients used for this sandwich is:
bread
iceberg lettuce
ham
cucumber
grapes
cheese (the cheese I used for this sandwich is Gouda cheese, but any cheese is fine)
Steps to make it
1. Put two slices of bread on top of each other and then cut it diagonally so it will become a triangle.
2. Put the iceberg lettuce on one of the triangle-shaped bread.
3. Put the ham on the lettuce and then decorate the cheese slices as monster teeth on top of the ham.
4. Use the other triangle-shaped bread and put it on top to cover.
5. Use the cucumber and decorate it as monster eyes.
6. Decorate the grapes on top of the cucumber as eye pupils.
